Our History

Founded in 2009, Granite Pathways began as a grass-roots initiative that introduced the “clubhouse” model in New Hampshire, an evidence-based, self-help community, aimed at eliminating isolation and providing hope, dignity, and recovery options for adults with mental illness.

Today

The Granite Pathways of today is a multi-faceted, statewide organization that provides an array of services for those struggling with mental illness or substance use disorders.

Noteworthy

As you know, Granite Pathways is part of The Fedcap Group—a growing family of nonprofits with similar missions, all laser focused on improving the lives of the vulnerable and disadvantaged.  Twice a year the Fedcap Group releases its financial and operating results. This effort provides key stakeholders with regular and timely disclosures about financial and operational performance, mission-related impact, and trends and challenges for The Fedcap Group. This release underscores our commitment to fiscal transparency.

On Wednesday, May 29th from 11:00-12:00 EDT, The Fedcap Group will release our FY19 First Half Financial and Operating results.  Please click here to register.

Safe Harbor Recovery Center

Our Peer Supported Recovery model is a holistic approach to long-term recovery. People who have traveled the pathway to recovery and who understand the job and challenges of the journey lead the process. Working alongside someone with a shared experience means that support is credible and sustaining. Research proves that peer-led support is the most effective

We had a link to the Safe Harbor monthly calendar of events at one time. Can this link be inserted on the GP website? I’ll have Chris Madden send you that calendar each month.
